Our summer social and picnic for all members takes place in Bushy Park at 2pm on 29 July.
We will meet at 2pm at the Pheasantry Cafe car park and create our own space for an afternoon of sharing and friendship. One or two family members are welcome to join. Please bring food along for sharing, plus whatever you want to drink.

Do bear in mind that the RideLondon event is taking place on the same day so if you are coming from the “wrong” side of the park you may find it easier to cycle or walk to the park. Full information on the road closures here:
The Sangha’s caretaking team would like to offer members the chance to meet and get to know each other a little better outside of the Sangha and are organising a meet up at the pub called St. Margarets. The address is 107 St Margarets Road, Twickenham, TW1 2LJ and we plan to offer an evening of informal socialising in a nice venue, the rest is up to you! For those with an appetite you will be able to organise food on the evening separately, here is a link to the pub’s website http://www.stmargaretstw1.co.uk
We need to know numbers so we can secure a place in the pub for us to mingle. You are also welcome to bring a guest.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm if you will attend yourself plus bring a guest. We prefer guests are limited to one in order to make the numbers more manageable.

This day is suitable for mindfulness practitioners of all levels. We will make time to slow down and bring mindful attention to our everyday activities such as sitting, walking, eating, speaking and listening. This builds our resilience and capacity to deal with the pressures of daily life in a calmer and more measured way.
Registration commences at 9:30am for a 10am start.
Please bring vegetarian food to share.
Please bring your own meditation cushion or stool. Chairs will be available. Tea and coffee will be provided.
The money you pay does not include the voluntary dana/payment contribution to the teacher. Teachers ask for no payment from us and the money you offer to them on the day contributes to their livelihood in return for their teaching which is freely given.
